Hot Rolled Carbon Steel U Channel
Our hot rolled carbon steel U channel is manufactured via continuous high-temperature hot rolling and standardized normalizing treatment, which delivers uniform structural rigidity, stable tensile & yield strength, and effectively avoids bending & twisting deformation during engineering assembly and welding.
We supply a full series of hot rolled U channel structural steel raw materials, mainstream grades Q235B and Q355B with complete standard sizes in stock. All channel products comply with GB/T 706 national standard, equivalent to ASTM A36, JIS SS400 and EN S235JR international standards. Custom fixed-length cutting, shot blasting, hot-dip galvanizing, punching and end trimming processing services are supported for all specifications.
Strict full inspection covering section dimensional tolerance, straightness, mechanical property, chemical composition and batch heat number traceability is carried out before shipment. Every order batch is attached with official Mill Test Certificate (MTC) and Certificate of Conformity (COC). We provide one-stop deep processing including rust removal, surface anti-rust coating, welded fabrication and precision cutting to satisfy diverse construction and mechanical structural production demands.
