1. Product Introduction
Hot Rolled Ribbed Steel Bar (HRB400E / HRB500E seismic rebar) is manufactured by hot rolling high-quality micro-alloyed steel. With crescent-shaped transverse ribs on the surface, it delivers strong bonding force with concrete. As the primary load-bearing material for reinforced concrete structures, it is widely applied in residential buildings, bridges, tunnels, railways, industrial plants and other infrastructure projects. Comply with GB/T 1499.2-2024 national standard, and support certification for overseas engineering exports.

3. Chemical Composition
Base material: 20MnSi series, with micro-alloy elements Vanadium, Niobium and Titanium added. Strict control of harmful impurities:C: 0.17%~0.25%Si: 0.40%~0.80%Mn: 1.20%~1.60%S ≤ 0.045%, P ≤ 0.045%Low carbon equivalent guarantees excellent weldability.

Seismic requirements: Tensile-yield strength ratio ≥ 1.25; Actual yield strength ratio ≤ 1.30
Cold bending performance: No cracks after 180° bending, suitable for on-site bending processing

7. Packing & Delivery
Packing: Bundled with steel strips. Each bundle marked with steel mill logo, grade, size, weight and heat number. Waterproof woven cloth wrapping optional for sea transportation to prevent rust.
Trade Terms: Domestic FOB mill/warehouse; Export FOB port, CFR & CIF destination port acceptable.
Quality Guarantee: Original mill test certificate attached with goods. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV) available on site.
8. Storage & Notes
Store in dry and ventilated warehouse, avoid long-term exposure to rain and moisture to prevent surface rust.
Stack separately by specification and grade to avoid mixing.
Cover with concrete protective layer during construction to prevent corrosion.
Avoid long-time exposure to high temperature, as high heat will sharply reduce bearing capacity.
