Q1: Are IndiWrap straws biodegradable?
We offer options: plastic (PP) straws are recyclable; paper and PLA (compostable) straws are biodegradable. Please specify your preferred material when ordering.
Q2: Can I get custom printing on the wrapper?
Yes, we provide OEM services. You can print your logo or design on both the straw wrapper and the box. Minimum order quantity for custom printing may apply.
Q3: What sizes are available?
Standard length is 197 mm (7.75 inch) with 6 mm diameter. We can produce custom lengths from 150 mm to 250 mm and diameters from 4 mm to 8 mm.
Q4: Do you have certifications like FDA or SGS?
Our factory is ISO9001 certified. Other certifications (FDA, SGS, etc.) are available upon request and may be subject to additional testing costs.
Q5: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For standard stock designs, MOQ is 10,000 pieces. For custom colors or printing, MOQ starts at 50,000 pieces. Smaller trial orders are negotiable.
Q6: How do you ship and what is the lead time?
We ship from Wuhan, Shanghai, Shenzhen, or Ningbo via sea, air, or courier. Lead time is typically 15–25 days after order confirmation, depending on quantity and customization.
Q7: Are your straws safe for hot beverages?
Plastic and PLA straws are suitable for cold and room-temperature drinks. For hot beverages (up to 60°C), we recommend our paper straws which are heat-resistant. Please advise your application.
Q8: Can I get a sample before bulk ordering?
