1.The core component of the crusher, the rotor, is precision manufactured using high-strength materials, features a meticulously executed welding process, and possesses a robust and durable structure. Each unit undergoes high-precision dynamic balance testing on the rotor prior to shipment, and is equipped with self-aligning bearings to ensure stable and reliable high-speed operation, effectively reducing vibration and noise, thereby guaranteeing the efficiency and stability of continuous production. |

2.The cutter is made of special alloy tool steel, refined through forging and heat treatment processes, offering excellent wear resistance and high strength. The cutter gap is adjustable, and the cutter can be repeatedly removed and sharpened after being worn, making it extremely durable. At the same time, it supports customizing the cutter size, shape, and arrangement according to the material characteristics. |

3.The screen is custom-made from stainless steel material, and the aperture can be customized at will from 6-20MM according to the material finished particle size requirements. Separately designed hopper, main body, and screen base are extremely easy to disassemble, wash and clean. |

4.Crushed material is automatically discharged via screw conveyor, directly feeding into downstream processes and cutting labor costs by 30-50%. Forced screw feeding eliminates blockages common with gravity discharge, while the fully enclosed design prevents dust leakage. |
