The ZT-80 mobile fog cannon integrates an 8-ton corrosion-resistant water tank and 80-meter long-range mist spraying system, tailor-made for large bulk material yards, mining stockpiles, aggregate plants and open-air cargo terminals. Unlike fixed fog cannons separated from water supply, this all-in-one mobile unit eliminates frequent water refilling and complex pipeline layout, delivering continuous all-day dust suppression, cooling and humidification. Equipped with full automatic rotation and pitch adjustment, it covers vast stockpile zones with ultra-fine mist to trap PM2.5, PM10 and flying mineral dust efficiently, complying with international environmental emission standards for European and African industrial projects.

This mobile fog cannon supports dual operation modes: industrial wireless remote control and on-site PLC touch screen panel. Operators can adjust spray distance, rotation speed and mist flow remotely from a safe dust-free area to avoid direct exposure to heavy dust. Complete automatic protection functions including low-water alarm, over-pressure cut-off, motor overload protection and pipeline anti-freezing design prevent unexpected equipment shutdown. All control circuits adopt IP55 waterproof protection, adapting to rainy, dusty and high-humidity outdoor working conditions all year round.
Built with an integrated 8,000L anti-rust water tank coated with anti-corrosion lining inside, the 8T tank supports 6–10 hours of non-stop spraying without repeated water replenishment, cutting labor transit costs and production downtime dramatically. The heavy-duty mobile chassis matches industrial off-road tires, allowing flexible shuttle between stockpiles, loading points and haul roads with no fixed installation required. For remote yards without municipal power grid, a matching diesel generator set can be mounted on the unit to realize fully independent off-grid operation, solving water and power supply limitations of open-air construction and mining sites completely.
