Working principle:
1.Filling the autoclave and water injection: First, load the product to be sterilized into the autoclave and close the door. Depending on the product filling temperature requirements, inject the sterilization process water at the set temperature from the hot water tank into the autoclave until the process set liquid level is reached. A small amount of process water can also be injected into the spray pipe through the heat exchanger.
2.Heating Sterilization: The circulation pump circulates the process water on one side of the heat exchanger and sprays it, while steam is injected on the other side to heat it to the set temperature. The film valve adjusts the steam flow to stabilize the temperature. Hot water is atomized and sprayed onto the product surface to ensure uniform sterilization. Temperature sensors and PID function control the temperature fluctuations.
3.Cooling and Temperature Reduction: After sterilization is completed, stop the steam injection, open the cold water valve, and inject cooling water into the other side of the heat exchanger to achieve temperature reduction of the process water and products inside the kettle.
4.Drainage and Completion: Drain the remaining water, release pressure through the exhaust valve, and complete the sterilization process.
It reduces heat loss through a double-layer structure, and the circulating water is strictly treated and purified. The pressure sensor and regulating device precisely control the pressure. The automatic control system realizes full automation and also has functions such as fault diagnosis.

The temperature control module (D-TOP system) developed by DTS has up to 12 stages of temperature control, and the step or linearity can be selected according to different product and process recipe heating modes, so that the repeatability and stability between batches of products are maximized well, the temperature can be controlled within ±0.5℃.
●Perfect pressure control, suitable for a variety of packaging forms
The pressure control module (D-TOP system) developed by DTS continuously adjusts the pressure throughout the whole process to adapt the internal pressure changes of the product packaging, so that the degree of deformation of the product packaging is minimized, regardless of the rigid container of tin cans, aluminum cans or plastic bottles, plastic boxes or flexible containers can be easily satisfied, and the pressure can be controlled within ±0.05Bar.
●Highly clean product packaging
The heat exchanger is used for indirect heating and cooling, so that the steam and cooling water are not in contact with the process water. The impurities in the steam and cooling water will not be brought to the sterilization retort, which avoids the secondary pollution of the product and does not require water treatment chemicals (No need to add chlorine), and the service life of the heat exchanger is also greatly extended.
