This trough belt conveyor is specially designed for horizontal conveying of domestic garbage and sorting waste. The 3-roller V-trough structure holds materials tightly to prevent spillage during transportation.
The whole machine adopts thickened steel structure with anti-rust paint, equipped with wear-resistant and dirt-resistant rubber belt for long service life. Optional accessories including feeding hopper, variable frequency speed controller and anti-deviation device are available.
It is widely applied in waste sorting and solid waste recycling production lines. Full customized specifications are supported. Every unit passes complete test run before delivery, featuring stable operation and easy maintenance.
Purchase Notice
1. Parameter Confirmation and Customization
All series of conveyors support non-standard customization. Customers shall provide detailed parameters including material type, workpiece size, conveying height, required output speed, belt width, total equipment length and inclination angle. All sizes and specifications can be adjusted according to actual production requirements.
2. Working Condition Description
Please inform us of the actual workshop working conditions before ordering, such as oily, watery, high temperature or corrosive environments, so that we can configure the most suitable equipment for you.
3. Motor Configuration
Standard motors and variable frequency motors are optional. Variable frequency motors support adjustable conveying speed to meet different production speed requirements.
4. Delivery and Packaging
The regular production cycle is 20 working days. The specific construction period depends on customized specifications and will be confirmed with customers in advance. Finished equipment is packed in sturdy ordinary wooden cases, which are moisture-proof and shockproof, suitable for long-distance sea and land transportation.
5. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required after order confirmation for production arrangement, and the full balance shall be settled before shipment.
6. After-sales Service
Core components such as motors and reducers enjoy a one-year warranty for quality problems caused by manufacturing defects (excluding man-made damage). We provide equipment technical drawings, operation manuals and professional online installation guidance.

All equipment parameters can be flexibly customized. Accurate official quotations will be provided based on your detailed usage requirements.
