1、Product Overview
Product Name: Wall Hole Cutter / Wall Core Drill BitThis hole-making tool is specially developed for drilling large-diameter holes on walls, widely used in pipeline installation, air conditioner hole opening, electrical wiring construction. It works with impact drills and electric hammers, suitable for various wall base materials.Note: The hole punch, connecting rod and center drill are sold separately, not assembled as a complete set by default.
2、Component Composition
Hole punch (core drill barrel): Main cutting part for forming large circular holes
Connecting rod: Adapter shank to connect the hole cutter to electric hammer
Center drill: Pilot positioning drill bit for centering before formal drilling
Fixed screw: Locking bolt to fix center drill and lock hole cutter on connecting rod

4、Step-by-Step Installation Instructions
a.Align the flat surface of center drill’s spiral flute with the hole of connecting rod, insert the center drill into the connecting rod.
b.Push the center drill fully into the installation position.
c.Insert the fixed screw into the reserved screw hole.
d.Tighten the fixed screw with a wrench to lock the center drill firmly.
e.Fit the hole punch barrel onto the front end of the connecting rod.
f.Tighten the joint between hole cutter and connecting rod to finish assembly.
5、Standard Drilling Operation Tips
a.Positioning: Use the center drill to precisely mark and drill the center point of the target hole.
b.Mid-drill adjustment: After drilling halfway into the wall, remove the center drill completely.
c.Deep drilling: Continue drilling without the center drill to form a full through hole on the wall.
6、Important Safety & Operation Notes When drilling walls, the center drill must be used for initial positioning; take out the center drill after half-depth drilling to continue working.
a.The center drill is detachable for smooth deep-hole drilling.
b.For walls covered with ceramic tiles: Use a dedicated tile hole cutter to open the tile layer first, then adopt this wall hole cutter for subsequent drilling.
c.This product is for domestic construction use only; after-sales service is not supported for products used outside mainland China.
d.Separate purchase: Hole cutter barrel and extension connecting rod are sold individually, not supplied as an integrated complete kit.
