Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom die casting parts?
A: Our MOQ depends on part complexity and tooling. Typically, we accept orders starting from 500 pieces for small parts, but we also offer prototype runs with lower quantities upon request.
Q: How long does mold manufacturing take?
A: Mold fabrication usually takes 15-25 working days for standard dies. Complex molds may require 30-40 days. We can provide expedited service when needed.
Q: Can you work with my existing design or do you provide design assistance?
A: We accept customer designs in STEP, IGES, or PDF formats. Our engineers can also suggest design modifications to optimize for die casting, improving quality and reducing cost.
Q: Which aluminum alloys do you recommend for high pressure die casting?
