HLD-VDR600/SVDR600 VOYAGE DATA RECORDER
- The HLD-VDR600 and SVDR600 Voyage Data Recorders manufactured by Highlander fully comply with IMO MSC.333(90), IEC 61996 and major classification society standards including CCS and DNV, featuring distributed modular hardware structure with multi-channel serial, video and audio interfaces to continuously record vessel position, speed, heading, radar/ECDIS images, bridge voice, VHF communication and machinery operational data; equipped with built-in 512GB mass storage supporting up to 720 hours of historical data storage as well as fixed and float-free protective memory capsules that safely preserve 48-hour accident data against fire, impact and deep submersion, dual AC/DC power supply with backup lithium battery for over 2-hour continuous operation upon power failure, an 8-inch touch operation panel for on-site status monitoring and data export, exclusive Hi-Cloud remote access system enabling shore-side real-time data retrieval, equipment diagnosis and voyage playback, stable embedded real-time operating system with tamper-proof encrypted data storage, flexible installation layout suitable for new ship construction and retrofitting, while the full-spec HLD-VDR600 fits ocean-going vessels and the cost-effective SVDR600 meets simplified regulatory requirements for coastal small ships to support maritime accident investigation and fleet navigation safety management.
