Frequently Asked Questions

Can these cups be used for both hot and cold drinks? Yes, the corrugated design insulates hot drinks and also prevents condensation on cold drinks. However, the standard PE lining is rated for up to 90°C. For temperatures above that, we recommend requesting a thicker lining.
Are the cups microwave safe? No, disposable paper cups with a plastic lining are not recommended for microwave use. The metal in the lining (if any) can cause sparking. Please transfer liquid to a microwave-safe container.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? For standard sizes and plain white cups, MOQ is 10,000 pieces. For custom printed cups, MOQ starts at 50,000 pieces per design. Smaller trial packs (2,000 pcs) are available upon request.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order? Absolutely! We offer free samples (buyer pays shipping) for standard items. Custom printed samples are charged at production cost and refundable with bulk order.
How long does delivery take? Standard orders: 7-15 working days from payment. Custom printed orders: 20-30 working days after art approval. Express shipping (DHL/FedEx) for samples takes 3-7 days.
