Our BioShield cups are designed for industrial composting facilities that maintain temperatures above 55°C for extended periods. In home compost heaps, degradation will be slower and may not fully break down within a reasonable time. We recommend checking local composting guidelines.
2. Can these cups hold hot liquids without leaking?
Yes. The cups feature a double‑rolled rim and a heat‑sealed PLA lining that creates a leak‑proof barrier. They are tested for hot water at 95°C for up to 30 minutes with no leakage.
3. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom printing?
For custom printed cups, the MOQ is 50,000 pcs per size. Plain white or kraft cups (no printing) have a lower MOQ of 10,000 pcs per size.
