Is this valve suitable for potable water systems?
Yes, the cast iron body with optional bronze trim is acceptable for fresh or seawater; however, for potable water, a food-grade coating may be required – please inquire for customization. -
What is the difference between 5K and 10K ratings?
The 5K (0.5 MPa) is for low-pressure applications like cooling water lines; 10K (1.0 MPa) is recommended for fire mains, ballast, or higher pressure systems. Both meet JIS F7305. -
Do you provide certificates of CCS/DNV for each valve?
Yes, each valve comes with a CCS and/or DNV type approval certificate as per order. We can also supply individual material certificates upon request. -
What are the lead times for DN150 and DN200 sizes?
Standard sizes DN50–DN100 are typically in stock. For larger sizes DN125–DN200, lead time is 15–25 working days depending on quantity. -
Can I get a sample valve before mass order?
Absolutely. Sample orders are welcome. We charge sample cost but will refund once bulk order is placed (minimum quantity applies). -
Are non-standard flanges (e.g., ANSI, DIN) available?
Our standard is JIS flange. Custom flanges (ANSI 150, PN16) can be machined as an optional service; please confirm with our sales team. -
What warranty do you offer?
We provide a 12-month warranty from shipment date against manufacturing defects. Extended warranty options are negotiable. -
Is the valve supplied with a handwheel or gearbox?
All sizes DN50–DN200 come with a handwheel as standard. For larger sizes or high-torque applications, a gearbox is available as an option.
