Pipe clamps are widely used for supporting suspended pipes. They are also used to work as clamped pipe shoes. Pipe clamps can be defined as bolted circular or semi-circular pipe attachments that clamp around a pipe and connect the pipe with other assembly components for proper support. These piping clamps transfer loads of the piping system to the structure. A wide variety of piping clamps are available to use as pipe support attachments.
We started with the design of precision tooling for automotive parts. With many years experience, all the toolings are designed and made in house to ensure the quality of components and products. we design and develop and manufacture all kinds of metal stamping parts, sheet metal fabrication, deep draw stamping, custom metal fabrication, custom CNC machining, CNC prototyping and design development, stamping toolings, tube bending, welding services, hardware /components stamping and welding. We adopts advanced management mode and our products experience strict design, assembling, testing and inspection.
We possess all kinds of punch presses ranging in size from 60 to 500 tons , which produce simple and complex shapes from dies produced in our own tool and die department,hydraulic press machines,cutting machine, electrospark cutting machine, CNC machine, laser cutting machine, auto-tube bending machine and perfect testing equipment. The material we use can be steel, carbon steel, galvanized steel, mild steel, stainless steel, aluminumn, copper, bronze, brass, etc. We design products by AutoCAD, Pro-E. Your special sizes can be made to order according to your requirements.
