A: Yes, the IoT module is powered by the line voltage (L/N) and requires a neutral connection for proper operation. It can be powered from any of the three phases plus neutral. -

A: It is designed for 380V 3-phase 4-wire systems. For single-phase 220V, we recommend our 2-pole or 1-pole + N smart breakers. -
