Our standard capacity is module 1-6. For module 7-12, we can discuss using alternative machining methods (e.g., gear shaping or milling). Please send your specifications for evaluation.
3. Do you supply only the gear blank, or finished with keyways and bores?
We provide fully finished gears including hobbing, keyway cutting, bore finishing, and surface treatment – all to your drawing. Partial machining is also customizable.
4. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is 1 piece for prototype orders. For production runs, typically 10-50 pieces depending on size and complexity. We accommodate both small and large quantities.
