Our Commercial Agricultural Sunflower Pumpkin Melon Seed Sorghum Dryer Machine adopt 304 stainless steel which has the advantages of moisture resistance,corrosion resistance and no rust. the hot air flow passes through the mesh belt from bottom to top,multi-layer circulation turnover and drying layer by layer, with uniform and sufficient heat and mass exchange, high production efficiency, good product quality and large drying area, which can realize mass continuous production.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
Commercial Agricultural Sunflower Pumpkin Melon Seed Sorghum Dryer Machine,and other raw materials are conveyed from the first layer to the last layer by a conveyor belt and the dried materials are conveyed by a discharge conveyor. The Multi layer Mesh Belt Dryer uses hot air as the drying medium. The hot air passes through the material from the bottom to the top. The final moisture comes out of the top of the belt dryer. The dryer can not only use heat for drying, but also use strong air for drying. Therefore, it can improve drying efficiency and shorten drying time. It is more convenient and no require manual loading and discharging.
