Q360 and Q130KT are the first – generation blasting wheels.
Q360 is a belt drive blasting wheel. It adopts long straight blades, double impeller disks, and ZCr20 sand casting wear-resistant parts. The impeller and blades undergo dynamic balance testing, ensuring more stable rotation. It has an attractive appearance, an exquisite structure and is convenient for product maintenance.
Q130KT first adopts curved blades, with high shot blasting speed, and its single-disk structure allows for easier assembly and disassembly of the impeller. It employs ZCr20 cast iron wear-resistant parts, with higher wear resistance. The flexible belt drive effectively protects the motor.
Q130KTZ and Q180KT are the second-generation blasting wheels.
Q130KTZ is direct drive type while Q180KT is belt drive type.
Q130KTZ, just like Q130KT, adopts curved blades, with high shot blasting speed, and its single-disk structure allows for easier assembly and disassembly of the impeller. It also employs ZCr20 cast iron wear-resistant parts, with higher wear resistance. The only difference between it and Q130KT is that it is direct drive so it has smaller installation size and higher transmission efficiency.
Q180KT also adopts curved blades, with high shot blasting speed, and its single-disk structure allows for easier assembly and disassembly of the impeller. It also employs ZCr20 cast iron wear-resistant parts, with higher wear resistance. The flexible belt drive effectively protects the motor. Its high-power design enables higher efficiency.
QY360 and C380 are the third-generation blasting wheels.
They are both belt drive type.
Like the 1st Generation Q360, QY360 also adopts straight blades, and double impeller disks. The impeller and blades undergo dynamic balance testing, ensuring more stable rotation. It has an attractive appearance, an exquisite structure and is convenient for product maintenance. The differences are that its guard plates have a multi-layer labyrinth design, offering excellent protection. The wear-resistant parts are made by the coated sand process, and the blade life is more than 1000h.
C380 adopts double impeller disks. Its straight blades have a service life of more than 1200 h. The shell is made of rolled Mn13, with good protection performance. The guard plate is also made of rolled Mn13, with a compact overall size and allowing for flexible installation.
KT380 and KT500 are the fourth generation blasting wheels.
KT380 is a new type blasting wheel. They can be direct drive or belt drive.
Both of KT380 and KT500 are equipped with machined high-wear-resistant parts and adopt split impeller installation, so it is convenient to replace impellers. They both can realize the replacement of different drive modes for blasting wheels of the same specification. Their shells are both made of rolled Mn13, with good protection performance. Their blades are wider to extend their service life.
