The SP 180-SR-V-EP2435703 is a low-speed, high-torque hydraulic motor from HAGGLUNDS, Sweden. Its key selling points are as follows:

Performance Advantages: Supports stepless speed regulation, offering greater adaptability and smoother operation compared to traditional mechanical transmissions.

Scenario Adaptability: Widely applicable to various heavy-duty industrial scenarios such as shipbuilding, ports, steel, mining, power, and chemicals. Its reliability has been proven through long-term industry experience.

Brand Endorsement: HAGGLUNDS is a globally renowned professional manufacturer of low-speed, high-torque hydraulic drive systems, with a strong foundation in product quality and technology.

I. Core Technical Parameters

Fluid Compatibility Requirements: Recommended hydraulic oil viscosity at operating temperatures is 40-150 cSt. The minimum allowable viscosity for continuous operation is 40 cSt, and for intermittent operation, it is at least 20 cSt, with a maximum allowable viscosity of 10,000 cSt.

The hydraulic oil contamination level must meet ISO 4406 standard 18/16/13 or lower to significantly extend motor life. The standard nitrile rubber sealed version has an operating temperature range of -35℃ to +70℃, while the optional fluororubber sealed version can cover high-temperature conditions from -20℃ to +100℃.

Basic Performance Characteristics: This is a radial piston type low-speed, high-torque hydraulic motor, supporting frequent and rapid start-stop, with minimal impact on the power grid and strong overload resistance.

Mechanical efficiency can reach 98%, output torque is stable, long-term operating failure rate is low, and maintenance costs are far lower than traditional transmission solutions.

II. Installation Precautions: Before installation, confirm the inlet and outlet port markings. When oil enters through port A, the motor shaft rotates counterclockwise when viewed from the shaft end; when oil enters through port C, it rotates clockwise. Avoid reversing the connection, which will affect the operating status.

Before the first start, the housing must be filled with clean hydraulic oil. Dry running is prohibited. Simultaneously, check the cleanliness of the system pipelines beforehand to prevent impurities from entering the motor and causing wear.

The matching pipelines must have independent drain ports to ensure that the pressure inside the housing does not exceed the allowable limit, preventing premature damage to the seals.
