Positive and negative pressure high-pressure blowers (vortex/side flow type): A single blower has both positive pressure blowing and negative pressure suction (vacuum) functions simultaneously, also known as a dual-purpose high-pressure blower for blowing and suction.
Working principle
The core is high-speed rotation of the impeller + centrifugal force + eddy current pressurization:
Negative pressure (suction): A low pressure is formed at the center of the impeller, and the air inlet continuously sucks air, generating a vacuum of -40 to -700 mbar.
Positive pressure (blowing): The gas is repeatedly accelerated in the annular cavity, and the air outlet outputs a high-pressure air flow of +40 to +800 mbar.
Key points: Oil-free, non-contact, single-stage/double-stage impellers, capable of long-term continuous operation.
