01 Product Introduction
Ø Huaxuan High-Tech.’s PC-3016N High-performance Dispersant for Refractories is a comb-shaped structural high-molecular polymer developed and synthesized through characteristic molecular design. It is manufactured into a powdery admixture for refractories via spray drying, and achieves stable particle dispersion by virtue of the steric hindrance effect.
Ø The product features high dispersibility, high fluidity and high adaptability, and can enhance the strength of refractory materials. It is widely applicable to various refractory systems such as refractory castables and refractory bricks.
02 Product Characteristics
Ø Ultra-high water reduction rate and excellent fluidity
It features an extremely high water reduction rate of 30-50%, which significantly reduces mixing water consumption and improves the fluidity and compactness of castables.
Ø Excellent flow retention
It delivers long-lasting water-reducing and dispersing performance, maintaining excellent slurry fluidity for a long time. It enables self-leveling and self-compacting, and avoids construction defects caused by fluidity loss.
Ø Strength improvement and hardened performance optimization
It reduces apparent porosity and increases bulk density, remarkably enhancing mechanical properties at both normal and high temperatures. It also lowers drying shrinkage and creep, reduces cracking tendency after hardening, and improves overall service performance.
Ø Extremely low dosage, economical and efficient
The dosage is only 0.05%~0.3%. The low addition rate helps control costs and avoids introducing excessive impurities that may affect matrix performance.
Ø High compatibility with multiple systems
It has good adaptability to silica fume-free low-cement, silica fume-containing ultra-low-cement and cement-free castable systems. It is suitable for corundum, corundum-spinel, alumina-magnesia and other refractory material systems.
03 Application Field
Ø Applicable to various alumina-magnesia, alumina silicon carbide, corundum and corundum-spinel castables that contain high-alumina cement but no silica fume. Typical applications include ladle castables, porous plugs, pocket bricks, corundum castables, precast blocks and related products.
Ø Suitable for low-cement, ultra-low-cement castables and self-flowing castables containing silica fume and high-alumina cement, covering alumina-silicate, alumina-magnesia, alumina silicon carbide, corundum-spinel and other castable systems.

05 Packaging and Storage
Ø Packed in paper-plastic composite bags, 25kg per bag. The shelf life is 12 months from the date of production. If beyond the shelf life, the product can only be used after passing inspection and testing.
Ø Store in a well-ventilated and dry place, keep moisture-proof and avoid direct sunlight. Use up promptly after opening; seal the remaining product tightly in time to prevent deterioration by moisture absorption.
