Custom precision die-cut Polyimide (PI) film & PI tape parts, also known as Kapton film insulation gaskets. Made of high-performance amber polyimide substrate with silicone adhesive or pure PI material. Our products feature ultra-high temperature resistance, excellent electrical insulation, stable dimensional accuracy, no burrs, no delamination and no residue. Widely used in FPC reinforcement, SMT reflow masking, lithium battery insulation, motor and aerospace high-precision electronic insulation fields. All products are produced in dust-free constant temperature workshop to ensure zero deformation and stable performance for long-term service.

Extreme Temperature Resistance: Continuous working temperature -40℃～260℃, instant high temperature up to 280℃, no melting, no deformation, no brittleness during SMT reflow and wave soldering process
Superior Insulation & Dielectric Property: High breakdown voltage, excellent electrical insulation stability, effectively prevent short circuit and leakage current for electronic components
Precision Die Cutting Quality: Tolerance ±0.01mm~±0.02mm, burr-free cutting edge, no delamination, no stretching, no whitening stress marks
Stable Adhesive Performance: Imported silicone adhesive, high adhesion, no residue after peeling, anti-aging, resistant to high temperature and humidity environment
Excellent Mechanical Properties: High tensile strength, good flexibility, tear resistance, not easy to break and deform during assembly
Chemical & Radiation Resistance: Resistant to acid, alkali, oil and most chemical solvents, anti-radiation, suitable for harsh industrial environments
