Production Description
Trommel screen machine designed and produced by our company is an ideal waste sorting machine, mainly used for sorting urban waste, municipal solid waste,city garbage,household waste,construction waste,and stale waste. According to the waste, it can be customized, It is an important waste sorting equipment in the solid waste sorting line.
Working principle:
The trommel screen machine mainly use motor to drive the drum device to rotate around its axis.When the material enters the drum, the drum device is installed obliquely, and the material rolls along the flow. Materials smaller than the sieve hole are screened out at the below discharge port , while materials larger than the sieve hole continue to roll on the screen surface and are screened out at the end discharge port.

KUNTENG waste air separation machine is an important waste sorting machine,used to sorting plastic waste,paper waste and other light waste materials.By using the theory of aerodynamics, light waste material and heavy waste material is separated, and output through discharge conveyor.The air volume is adjustable, wind pressure is adjustable.

Workflow:
1.Household waste,municipal solid waste, urban solid waste,city garbage,construction waste, or stale waste enters the chain plate waste feeder — 2.Belt conveyor — 3.Waste trommel screen machine (which mesh sizes of 10-200mm. can sorting waste according to the material size) — 4.Magnetic separator(sorting metal waste) — 5.Waste air separation machine(Sorting plastic waste,waste carton,cloth and other light waste materials from the large waste stones, soil blocks) — 6.Manual waste sorting table(Manually sort and classify the remaining recyclable waste) — 7.Waste baller machine(plastic bottles, rubber, metals, cardboard, hard plastics waste, etc.these recyclable waste can be baled).
