FEATURE:
The R.M YOUNG 12102 3-Cup Anemometer adopts lightweight UV-resistant polypropylene three hemispherical cups and precision low-friction stainless steel ball bearings with an ultra-low starting wind speed of 0.5 m/s; equipped with a corrosion-resistant machined aluminum housing featuring excellent salt fog resistance for long-term unattended coastal, marine and field deployment, it integrates an internal self-powered DC tachogenerator to output linear DC voltage without external power supply, delivers a wide measuring range of 0–50 m/s with 60 m/s gust survival capacity and ±1% reading accuracy, and operates stably within -50℃ to +50℃ to fit harsh cold and high-temperature environments.
