Tungsten Carbide Slitting Saw Blades
Product Spotlights
2.High Hardness & Wear Resistant
3.Burr-Free Precise Cutting
4.Custom Size & Tooth Profile
5.High Temperature Resistant
6.Anti-Chipping High Toughness
Brief Introduction
Our carbide slitting discs are integrally sintered from premium WC-Co tungsten carbide alloy without welding seams. Precision ground sharp cutting teeth and standard central mounting hole support single-piece use or multi-blade stacked assembly, widely used for precision grooving and slitting of metals and non-metals.
Core Advantages
Superior Wear ResistanceSolid carbide with HRA 90+ hardness, service life 5-10 times longer than HSS blades, less tool replacement frequency.
High Temperature StabilityMaintain stable hardness under high cutting heat up to 500℃, no softening or tooth dulling during high-speed machining.
Smooth Burr-Free CuttingUltra-sharp ground teeth ensure neat, narrow cutting slots with minimal burrs, greatly reduce secondary finishing work.
Strong Anti-Chipping ToughnessDense sintered internal structure provides excellent bending strength, effectively avoid tooth breakage during heavy cutting.
Full Customization SupportCustomize outer diameter, blade thickness, inner bore size, tooth quantity, tooth angle and alloy grades as your drawings.
Wide Application
Metals: Slitting & grooving aluminum, copper, brass, thin stainless steel and alloy profiles
Non-metals: Cutting PCB, acrylic, plastic, fiberglass composite, hardwood
Electronic Hardware: Processing terminal frames, small stamped parts, metal jewelry
Automation Equipment: Matched with slotting machines, milling machines for batch narrow groove processing
Customizable Specifications
Dimensions: Custom OD, thickness, mounting bore
Tooth Parameters: Adjustable tooth count, tooth depth, tooth tip chamfer
Alloy Grades:
Low cobalt grade: For aluminum, plastic, PCB and soft non-ferrous metals
Medium cobalt high-toughness grade: For stainless steel and hard alloy cutting
Surface Finish: Sintered blank surface / mirror precision grinding
Operation Tips
Keep high spindle concentricity during installation to prevent tooth chipping caused by vibration.
Add cutting fluid when machining steel workpieces for cooling and longer service life.
Choose medium-cobalt carbide grades for high-hardness materials to reduce tooth damage.
Store blades in dry anti-rust package when not in use to avoid oxidation.
