Multi Layer Continuous Mesh Belt Drying Machine Chilli Pepper Coconut Potato Drying Equipment is mainly used for continuous drying of materials with large capacity. It can dry most materials such as vegetables, grains, fruits, flowers and leaves, pastures, etc.
It has been applied to the drying of more than 300 materials, realizing multiple functions in one machine, and bringing huge economic benefits to our customers.
The working principle of Mesh belt dryer:
1.The draft fan, It will absorb the hot air from the heat exchange furnace and transport the air into bottom of drying machine start to dry.
2.The raw material is transported from feeding conveyor to the drying host.It goes with the mesh belt layer by layer.
3.At the same time,the hot air go across from the bottom layer to top layer,finally the humidity come out from top of the dryer and the dried material will be transported out by discharge conveyor

1.the machine is fully automatic and continuous drying system.the whole line only need 2-3 people to operate.
2.The temperature and speed of dryer is we can control the moisture and temperature as required.
3.For our drying machine not only according to heat to dry, but also according to strong air, the air volume can reach 50,000 cube meters per hour, so it can increase the drying effect.
4. The heat resource have muti purpose, we can use electricity,biomass pellet,wood,gas,coal as fuel. We are using heat exchange furnace to proving heat, the fuel and material not contact with each other, only clean hot air enter into the dryer.
5.We have more than 50 people after-sales team. If the working site have any problem, we can help you solve the problem as soon as possible to ensure the machine can continue work. Also We can dispatch engineer to your site to assist you assemble machine and test machine running.
