The dual-shaft shredder is a low-speed, high-torque, shearing-type solid waste crushing equipment. It relies on two main shafts with alloy blades rotating in opposite directions to shred and reduce the volume of various materials through shearing, tearing, and extrusion. It is the main equipment in the waste recycling, solid waste treatment, and resource regeneration industries.
The equipment adopts low-speed, high-torque drive, with dual-axis cutters interlocking and rotating in opposite directions. After the material enters the hopper, it is bitten, sheared and torn by the cutters, and automatically crushed into uniform small pieces. It is equipped with an intelligent PLC control system, which automatically reverses and protects against overload when encountering hard objects that may jam the material, allowing for continuous operation without stopping.

Solid waste recycling, plastic recycling, wood processing, municipal solid waste treatment, industrial waste disposal, agricultural and forestry waste crushing, scrap metal recycling, and organic fertilizer raw material crushing, etc.
