Our needle-punched nonwoven geotextile is manufactured with virgin polyester or polypropylene staple fibers through opening, carding, random laying and high-pressure needle punching, without any chemical adhesive. Unlike inferior recycled fiber products, raw materials are strictly screened to ensure stable physical indicators in complex outdoor environments. It boasts core superior performances including high tensile strength, excellent puncture resistance, UV aging resistance and acid-base corrosion resistance. The product can withstand long-term exposure to sunlight, saline soil, sewage and marine corrosive media without fiber fragmentation or performance degradation, with a service life ranging from 10 to 50 years based on different coating treatments.
This multifunctional geotextile undertakes five core engineering functions for civil and hydraulic projects. First, filtration: its irregular microporous structure allows water and liquid to pass smoothly while intercepting fine soil particles, effectively preventing soil loss and pipeline clogging in drainage systems. Second, isolation: it separates different soil layers such as sand, clay and gravel to avoid intermixing that causes road settlement. Third, reinforcement: it disperses concentrated ground pressure to improve the bearing capacity of soft soil foundations, reducing road and dam deformation. Fourth, drainage: stacked fiber gaps form invisible drainage channels to discharge accumulated underground water rapidly. Fifth, protection: it buffers friction between geomembrane and sharp gravel, avoiding membrane piercing and water seepage.
It covers widespread application scenarios including highway and railway subgrade reinforcement, river slope erosion control, landfill anti-seepage cushioning, tunnel wall protection, coastal reclamation and landscape greening.
