1、 Three major difficulties in sawing angle steel
Large section variation: Angle steel is composed of "thin walls on both wings+thick edges at the root", and the saw blade experiences large load fluctuations and is prone to vibration during cutting, piercing, and exiting.
Easy to break teeth and pull teeth: Fixed tooth pitch in thin-walled areas with too few meshing teeth, resulting in concentrated impact; Although the sharp tooth front angle is large, it has weak impact resistance, and the angle steel profile is prone to pulling the tooth tip.

The new saw blade first undergoes low-speed light cutting "break in" before running at full load.
