Structurally, the waterstop adopts a central circular bubble design matched with symmetrical ribbed edges. The central bubble can freely stretch and compress to accommodate concrete structural displacement, including thermal expansion and cold contraction, foundation uneven settlement and seismic deformation within 30mm. The raised edge ribs can be closely embedded with poured concrete, eliminating gaps between rubber and concrete that cause hidden water leaks. Strictly tested in line with ISO 14001 and GB/T 18173 standards, the product maintains stable tensile strength above 10MPa and elongation at break over 450% after 1000-hour aging tests.
It delivers outstanding chemical and temperature resistance. It resists corrosion from weak acid, weak alkali, underground sewage and saline soil, which are common in coastal and municipal projects. The working temperature range covers -45℃ to 70℃, suitable for cold northern regions and high-temperature underground pipe corridors. For installation, workers only need to fix the waterstop with steel clips before concrete pouring; half of the body is buried in each concrete layer to ensure integrated bonding. Avoid piercing the rubber body with sharp steel bars during construction to prevent performance damage.
Typical application scenarios include basement outer walls, subway tunnels, reservoir dams, sewage treatment tanks and box culverts. Compared with ordinary waterproof coatings, this solid rubber waterstop will not fail due to concrete cracking. It reduces later leakage repair, reinforcement and grouting costs, and meets long-term waterproof requirements for permanent buildings.
