2. Main Base Material Classification (Special Materials for Wires & Cables)
2.1 PP Synthetic Paper (Universal for Computer Rooms & Weak Current)
Features: Soft texture, foldable and wrappable, waterproof and oil-proof, tear-resistant, no edge warping when fitted on curved surfaces, and no hardening at low temperatures.
Application: Indoor network cables, optical fibers and low-voltage weak current lines; compatible with thermal and thermal transfer printing with high cost performance.
Limitations: Average high temperature resistance, not suitable for outdoor exposure or high-temperature areas around motors.
2.2 PET Polyester (Industrial, Outdoor & High-Temperature Use)
Features: High temperature resistance from -20℃ to 120℃, UV resistance, oil and solvent resistance, insulation and flame retardancy, fade-proof and stable dimensional performance.
Application: Outdoor cables, distribution cabinets, motors, charging piles and long-term outdoor wiring projects.
Types: Matte white PET, glossy white PET, self-laminating PET (with transparent protective film after printing for scratch and water resistance).
2.3 PVC Flame-Retardant Type (Special for Power & Fire Protection)
Features: UL94-V0 flame retardant grade, non-propagating combustion, strong adhesion and wide temperature resistance, suitable for high-voltage electrical environments.
