Core Characteristics.


1. Excellent Abrasion and Cut Resistance.

  • Reason: Marble slabs and fragments have very sharp edges, making ordinary conveyor belts easily scratched or cut.

    7mm PVC conveyor belts typically have an added abrasion-resistant layer (such as a polyurethane (PU) coating)

    or use specially formulated PVC materials, enabling them to resist continuous friction and occasional sharp impacts.

  • Performance: Significantly extends service life under harsh working conditions.


2. High Load Capacity and Impact Resistance.

  • Reason: Marble slabs are extremely heavy. The 7mm thickness provides sufficient rigidity and thickness to withstand
