The 7mm marble PVC conveyor belt combines functionality and aesthetics, a type of industrial belt specifically designed for heavy-duty, sharp, and wet environments. Core Characteristics.
1. Excellent Abrasion and Cut Resistance.

Reason: Marble slabs and fragments have very sharp edges, making ordinary conveyor belts easily scratched or cut.
7mm PVC conveyor belts typically have an added abrasion-resistant layer (such as a polyurethane (PU) coating)
or use specially formulated PVC materials, enabling them to resist continuous friction and occasional sharp impacts.
Performance: Significantly extends service life under harsh working conditions.
2. High Load Capacity and Impact Resistance.

Reason: Marble slabs are extremely heavy. The 7mm thickness provides sufficient rigidity and thickness to withstand
heavy loads without excessive bending or tearing. The conveyor belt typically has a high-strength fabric skeleton layer
(such as polyester fiber EP) inside to ensure its tensile strength and dimensional stability.
Performance: Suitable for conveying large-sized stone slabs, running smoothly and not prone to deviation.
3. Anti-slip surface design.
Reason: To ensure that smooth marble slabs will not slip or shift during conveying, especially on inclined sections.
Performance: The surface is usually designed with patterns (such as diamond, floral, or herringbone patterns) or uses a rough embossed treatment to increase friction and ensure reliable material conveying.
4. Good stain resistance and easy cleaning.
Reason: Marble processing generates a large amount of stone powder and slurry. PVC material itself has low surface energy and hydrophobicity, making it difficult for wet mud and dust to adhere.
Performance: Easy to clean and maintain after shutdown, reducing cross-contamination of materials and keeping the production line clean.
5. Certain corrosion resistance.
Reason: During processing, it may come into contact with water (cooling water), humid environments, and slightly alkaline stone powder.
Performance: PVC materials have good resistance to water and most inorganic chemicals, making them suitable for use in humid processing environments.
