Products Description
The coconut coir fiber making machine is mainly extract fiber from coconut husk, oil palm, bamboo etc. There is currently a large market for processed coconut husk and fiber is used in mattresses. Coconut peat is used as fertilizer.
The coconut coir fiber making machine is divided into two types.Double drum and single drum. The double drum is used to process relatively hard materials, such as coconut husk etc. The single-drum can process oil-pressed palm fruit, banana leaves, bamboo, etc.
Product Application
The coconut coir fiber making machine is used to extract fiber from material like oil palm, coir and coconut shell which contains lots of fiber. Fiber Machine is a kind equipment processing palm fruit bunch, coconut coir and sisal root into fiber.
Working Principle
1. The material is conveyed to the defibering machine through the scraper conveyor.
2. Through the rapid rotation of the cutter head in the equipment, the coconut husk is separated into coconut fiber and coconut peat.
3. The material is kneaded into fiber by rotating and stirring the equipment, and then discharged through the discharge port. Coconut peat flows out under the screen of the machine.
4. The shredded coconut fiber is directly blowing into the screen to further separate the fiber and peat.
5. The output fiber enters the baler and compresses into bales. Coconut peat is further washed and dehydrated for making briquette or directly sell to market.s.
The whole processing line about coconut shell:

Mainly seperate coconut fiber and coconut peat.
2.Screen
The fiber blowing to screen and through screen forward to discharge port, it can collect pure fiber.
3.Baling machine
The coconut fiber can make bale and loading into container.
4.Coconut peat washing machine.
Reduce salt and EC inside.
5.Dewater machine.
Reduce moisture inside coconut peat around 50-60%
6.Coconut peat drying machine.
Using hot air dry coconut peat and get final product with moisture 12-15%.
7.Coconut peat block making machine.
Per block weight is customized, normally the block weight is 5kg,In order to facilitate transport.
