Offshore Desalination Systems Built With Monel K500 Inconel 625 and Incoloy 925 Corrosion Resistant Alloys
Product Spotlights
Nickel Alloy Products – Engineered Materials for Extreme Environments
Nickel alloys are high-performance materials with nickel as the primary element (typically ≥30% Ni, up to 99%+ for pure nickel). By adding chromium, molybdenum, copper, tungsten, aluminum, and titanium, these alloys deliver exceptional corrosion resistance, high-temperature strength, and fatigue resistance that cannot be matched by standard stainless steels.
Nickel alloys are the preferred choice when:
Stainless steel fails – In reducing acids (HCl, H₂SO₄), wet chlorine, or high-chloride environments
High temperatures – Above 600°C, where creep and oxidation become critical
Extreme corrosion – In sour gas (H₂S/CO₂), seawater, or mixed acid service
Critical safety applications – Aerospace, nuclear, pharmaceutical, offshore platforms
