Matching equipment: Confirm that your sawing machine can install a saw blade with a length of 3350mm and a width of 27mm.

Sawing parameters: For I-beams, it is recommended to use a linear speed of 60-80 m/min (moderate to slow), with a slightly lower feed pressure on the flange section, which can be appropriately increased after fully entering the web plate. Be sure to use cutting fluid (emulsion) for adequate cooling.


Break-in: After installing a new saw blade, saw with about 50% of the normal feed rate for 2-3 hours to break it in.
