Material grade: M42 and M51 are cobalt-containing high-speed steels (with a cobalt content of 8%), which exhibit superior heat resistance, red hardness, and wear resistance compared to ordinary high-speed steel materials. When used for I-beams, due to the significant changes in material cross-section in the sawing path (thick flanges and thin webs), the anti-stretch tooth reduces impact and vibration during sawing by optimizing tooth pitch, tooth groove, and tooth separation, preventing "stretching" (tooth loss or chipping) caused by uneven stress.

Usage suggestions:
Matching equipment: Confirm that your sawing machine can install a saw blade with a length of 3350mm and a width of 27mm.
Sawing parameters: For I-beams, it is recommended to use a linear speed of 60-80 m/min (moderate to slow), with a slightly lower feed pressure on the flange section, which can be appropriately increased after fully entering the web plate. Be sure to use cutting fluid (emulsion) for adequate cooling.
Break-in: After installing a new saw blade, saw with about 50% of the normal feed rate for 2-3 hours to break it in.
Advantages of Hongshengjie cutting profile band saw blades: The tensile tooth design optimizes the tooth pitch and tooth groove space, effectively reducing the impact and vibration caused by sudden changes in material stress during alternating sawing of "thick-thin-thick" profiles. Compared to general-purpose saw blades: When sawing I-beams, general-purpose saw blades often experience a sudden decrease in force at the web, leading to "tooth snapping" or "tooth breaking" and significantly reducing the lifespan of the saw blade.
