Cold Rolled Steel Coil Detailed Product Specification
1. Product Overview
Cold Rolled Carbon Steel Coil (CRC) is produced from hot rolled steel coils. Under room temperature (below recrystallization temperature), raw materials go through pickling for scale removal, cold rolling reduction, annealing and skin-pass finishing. Free of high-temperature rolling oxide scale, the product features smooth surface, high dimensional precision and excellent stamping performance. It serves as core raw material for home appliances, automotive parts, hardware and pre-coated substrate. Goods can be delivered in full coil or cut into cold rolled sheets.Delivery Lead Time: 5–7 working days, shipped from Tianjin Port for container export.

Inner coil diameter: 508mm (20inch) / 610mm (24inch) (standard for export)
Single coil weight: 3~13.5MT, common 5~10MT, max. 26MT per coil
Cut-to-length sheet: customized fixed length from 1200mm to 6000mm as required
5. Chemical Composition (wt%, Low Carbon Grade)
C ≤0.12%, Mn ≤0.60%, Si ≤0.03%, S ≤0.035%, P ≤0.035%. Low carbon content guarantees outstanding ductility and stamping property.

7. Surface Finish Classification
FB (Regular Bright Finish): Most common delivery grade with minor rolling texture, suitable for direct painting & powder coating.
FC (High Precision Superior Finish): Free of scratch and pitting, applied for automotive outer panels and high-end home appliances without primer polishing.
Black Annealed Finish (CRBA): Cost-effective with thin surface oxide layer, used for low-end stamping and coating substrate.Surface Protection: Anti-rust rolling oil coated at factory; indoor storage anti-rust period: 3~6 months.
8. Production Process Flow
Hot Rolled Coil → Pickling & Descaling → Cold Rolling at Ambient Temp → Batch/Continuous Annealing for Stress Relief → Skin Pass Finishing → Edge Trimming & Slitting → Quality Inspection → Packing & Warehousing → Shipment

Coil Marking: Side label/stamp indicates steel grade, dimension, heat number, net weight, execution standard, mill brand and production date; customized shipping mark available upon request.
12. Storage & Operation Notes
Store in dry indoor warehouse to avoid rain damp and rusting.
Uncoil and fabricate under dry environment; finish painting or anti-corrosion treatment promptly after processing.
Select DC04/SPCE or higher grade for deep drawing production to avoid cracking during forming.
