Big capacity Energy saving Operation easy FLY 1800 PVC cling film machine
FLY-1800 full auto PVC cling film extrusion line adopts a four-axis cling film unit, which is designed and manufactured by our company with advanced technology. This unit uses PVC as raw material, which is mixed with special formula, cast, stretched, and rolled into a product.
This machine is from mixing, extrusion, stretching to coiling into finished products. The whole process configuration adopts PLC module temperature control and automatic electrical control, which can realize independent operation and automatic sequential operation; the extruder barrel is heated by water. Cooling structure, vacuum suction and vacuum storage device; cooling roll adopts mirror roll with interlayer spiral water cooling structure; four-station automatic winding changer, and equipped with PLC-controlled automatic trimming machine, manual Automatic weighing and weighing high and low mixing system structure.
The machine has reasonable structure, beautiful appearance and convenient operation. Easy maintenance, advanced technology, low energy consumption, high efficiency, uniform thickness of products, smooth coiling, it is an ideal cost-effective equipment.
