The CSP(R) sump pump is a vertical centrifugal slurry pump, immersed in the liquid, the pump inlet is vertically downward, and the outlet is vertically upward on the other side of the pump. The pump is mainly composed of lower filter screen, pump body, impeller, shaft, guard plate, bracket and other parts.

The upper part of the pump is supported by a bearing; the pump is installed under the liquid without any shaft seal and shaft seal water, and it can work normally under conditions of insufficient suction. The flow parts are made of wear-resistant materials, which are used to transport abrasive, coarse particles, and high-concentration slurry.

Vertical Centrifugal Sump Pump is mainly suitable for conveying corrosive, coarse particles and high-concentration slag slurry. It is widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, electric power, building materials, environmental protection and other departments. The transmission type of this pump is BD and DC, namely belt drive and direct drive.

The depth of immersion in the liquid can be determined according to the actual needs of users within the standard size range. Seen from the direction of the pump suction port, it rotates counterclockwise. If you are interested in our vertical centrifugal sump pump, pls feel free to contact us.

The performance parameters are as follows

1. Flow range: 19-1267m3/h

2. Head range: 3-40m

3. Power:15-200KW

4. Maximum efficiency: 64%

Application

Vertical centrifugal sump pumps are commonly used in applications where fluids need to be transferred from one location to another. These pumps are designed to operate in sumps, tanks, and pits where the liquid level is below the pump suction.

Some common applications of vertical centrifugal sump pumps include:

1. Drainage: These pumps are often used to drain water from basements, underground parking lots, and other areas where water tends to accumulate.

2. Chemical Processing: In the chemical processing industry, these pumps are used to transfer chemicals from one tank to another.

3. Mining: Vertical centrifugal sump pumps are widely used in the mining industry to pump out water from the mineshaft and other areas where water tends to accumulate.

4. Wastewater Treatment: In wastewater treatment plants, these pumps are used to transfer sludge and other wastewater materials from one area to another.

5. Oil and Gas Industry: In the oil and gas industry, these pumps are used to transfer fluids such as crude oil, refined products, and drilling muds.

Overall, vertical centrifugal sump pumps are versatile pumps that can be used in a wide range of applications where fluids need to be transferred from one location to another.

Structural Features

1. It adopts vertical cantilever type and single pump casing structure.

2. The impeller material, using high chromium alloy or rubber.

3. Cylindrical bearing assembly adopts high-capacity bearing design, and the bearing adopts grease lubrication.

4. The gap between the impeller and the guard plate can be adjusted to ensure the efficient operation of the pump.

5. No need for any shaft seal.

6. The pump and the driving machine can choose direct drive or V-belt drive.

7. Adopt rubber wetted parts and parts in contact with the slurry to line up rubber to adapt to strong corrosive working conditions.
