Our Phosphate Fertilizer Production Line is a state-of-the-art industrial system designed to process raw phosphate ore into high-quality, biologically available fertilizer granules. This line is versatile and can be configured to produce various types of phosphate-based fertilizers, including Single Super Phosphate (SSP), Triple Super Phosphate (TSP), or Enriched Rock Phosphate.
The system integrates crushing, acidulation (chemical reaction), granulation, and drying technologies to ensure the final granules are uniform, hard, and rich in nutrients ($P_2O_5$), meeting international agricultural standards.

Production Process Flow

Step 1: Raw Material Preparation & Milling
Raw phosphate rock is crushed and fed into a Ball Mill or Raymond Mill. The rock is ground into a fine powder to maximize the surface area for the chemical reaction.
* Key Equipment: Jaw Crusher, Ball Mill, Bucket Elevator.

Step 2: Acidification (Chemical Reaction)
The fine phosphate powder is mixed with acid in a specialized Acid Mixer. This triggers a chemical reaction that converts insoluble phosphate into soluble, plant-available nutrients.
* Key Equipment: Vertical Mixer, Acid Storage Tank, Reaction Chamber (Den).


Step 3: Granulation
The reacted material (powder or slurry) is fed into the Granulator. Utilizing rotation and liquid binders, the material aggregates into spherical particles.
* Key Equipment: Rotary Drum Granulator (Recommended for high capacity) or Disc Granulator.

Step 4: Drying & Cooling
Wet granules are passed through a Rotary Dryer to reduce moisture content, ensuring long shelf life and preventing caking. They are then cooled in a Rotary Cooler to harden the structure.
* Key Equipment: Rotary Dryer, Rotary Cooler, Hot Air Furnace.

Step 5: Screening & Packing
The granules are screened to separate oversized and undersized particles (which are recycled back to the granulator). Qualified granules are sent to the Automatic Packing Machine.

Milling Equipment

Raymond Mill: Grinds phosphate rock into fine powder, increasing the surface area for acid reaction.

Granulation Equipment

Granulator: Converts the mixed materials into granular form. There are different types of granulators, such as the disc granulator, rotary drum granulator, and roller granulator.

Drying and Cooling Equipment

Rotary Dryer: Reduces the moisture content of the granulated fertilizer. Cooling Machine: Cools down the fertilizer after drying.

Packaging Equipment

Packing Machine: Packages the finished fertilizer into bags for sale or distribution.
