Product Overview
KUNTENG container wood klin dryer, hot air dried timber drying machine, oak timber dryer, wood pine sawn timber dryer, Through adjusts the environmental humidity and temperature inside the room to dry the wood. After 6-8 hours of high-temperature wood drying process, all parasitic moths and worm eggs inside the wood can be killed. and the dried wood moisture can reach less than 15%. This is a static drying process, and the operation is uniform and stable, avoiding problems such as internal cracking, end cracking and deformation of the wood in the drying process.It is an ideal timber dryer.

Main components of wood dryer
Heat pump
The timber dryer includes a Copeland compressor and a condenser,which have heating and dehumidifying functions. During the dehumidification process,only the moisture in the material will be discharged,the hot air in the timber dryer will not be discharged.
PLC system
Industrial PLC touch screen controller is adopted which is easy to operate,can be turned on and off regularly and stand by different drying temperature and time can be set to meet the drying requirements of different materials.
Fan
Container wood klin dryer, hot air dried timber drying machine, oak timber dryer, wood pine sawn timber dryer, has different quantity fans.It can ensure hot air recycling evenly in the timber dryer,make the materials contact hot air more evenly.
Drying board
