The carton printing slotting machine is a core integrated processing device specially designed for corrugated cardboard packaging production. It combines automatic paper feeding, flexographic printing, precise slotting, trimming and forming processes into one single workflow, which is widely applied in mass production of regular cartons, packaging boxes for food, electronics, daily commodities and e-commerce packages. This equipment adopts advanced PLC intelligent control system and servo drive technology, realizing fully automated operation from paper feeding to finished product forming. The slotting unit adopts multi-group precision slotting wheels, achieving burr-free and flat grooving. The printing overprinting error is controlled within ±0.5mm, fully meeting the high-precision printing and forming requirements of high-end packaging cartons. Moreover, the machine is equipped with automatic error correction and overload protection devices, which can automatically alarm and stop operation in case of abnormal operation, effectively reducing equipment failure rate and production loss.
With strong production adaptability, the equipment is compatible with 3-layer, 5-layer and 7-layer corrugated cardboard, supporting 1-6 color flexible printing. It can process cartons of different sizes and specifications by adjusting parameters freely, realizing flexible production of diversified orders, whether for large-batch standardized production or small-batch customized processing.
