The small incenerator municipal solid waste incinerator machine structure features:
The furnace outside is steel structure, the middle is refractory material, and the inner layer is high temperature resistant material, which can withstand the high temperature of 1790℃.This design can not only ensure the enough combustion temperature inside, but also keep the surface temperature to low to prevent burns hurt. Refractory whole casting, not easy to fall off, not easy to corrosion.

Whole Waste Sorting Production Line
Urban waste, construction waste, or stale waste enters the feeder — Belt conveyor — Waste trommel screen machine (which mesh sizes of 10-200mm. can sorting waste according to the material size) — Magnetic separator(sorting metal) — Air separation machine(Screening waste by material’s weight) — Garbage manual sorting platform(pick up the large solid wastes, such as quilts, tree trunks, long sticks, brick stones, etc.). — Incinerator(useless garbage is incinerated)Through this series of sorting process, plastic bottles, rubber, metals, cardboard, hard plastics, etc. are selected, finally, the selected light materials are balled by the baller machine.the useless garbage is incinerated to landfill.
