Industrial Printer & Printhead Compatibility Matrix

The XH1110 sublimation series is engineered with a proprietary microporous coating that perfectly balances ink absorption speed with dye release efficiency. It is rigorously lab-tested and verified for continuous high-speed production on the world's leading industrial textile printing systems.

Printhead Technology Compatible Industrial Printers (OEM Brands) Performance Benefit
Kyocera (High-Speed) MS Lario, EFI Reggiani, Atexco (Honghua) Instant drying handles massive ink output without offsetting at scanning speeds exceeding 400 linear meters/hour.
Epson (i3200 / S3200) Epson SureColor F-Series, Homer, Grando Prevents nozzle clogging and ensures ultra-sharp micro-line details for high-resolution soft signage.
Panasonic / Ricoh Mimaki Tiger, Roland Excellent dimensional stability prevents paper warping, protecting expensive printheads from physical strikes.

* Compatible with all major High-Density (HD) water-based disperse dye sublimation inks.

Sustainability & Global Compliance (ESG)

As a publicly listed, 1-million-ton-capacity manufacturer, Heming Paper is deeply committed to sustainable forestry and eco-friendly manufacturing. Our XH1110 sublimation paper helps your supply chain meet strict global environmental regulations.

  • Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Certified: Completely free from heavy metals, formaldehyde, and harmful alkylphenol ethoxylates (APEOs). 100% safe for direct skin contact on finished garments.

  • REACH & RoHS Compliant: Fully aligns with European Union chemical safety directives, ensuring your printed textiles pass strict EU customs clearance without compliance issues.

  • 100% Recyclable Pulp: Manufactured from premium virgin pulp sourced from responsibly managed forests. The water-based coating formulation ensures the paper remains entirely recyclable after the transfer process, helping factories achieve Zero-Waste-to-Landfill goals.

Tab 1: Overview & Features

Designed for industrial-scale textile printers, the XH1110 series ensures maximum efficiency and vibrant output. The optimized base paper resists curling and wrinkling under high-temperature sublimation, ensuring a smooth workflow.

  • Superior Ink Release: Engineered coating maximizes dye transfer onto polyester fabrics, resulting in deep, saturated colors.

  • Wrinkle-Free Runnability: Maintains structural integrity at high temperatures, reducing material waste during transfer.

  • Broad Compatibility: Performs reliably across major dye-sublimation printer brands and standard ink formulations.

  • Eco-Friendly Efficiency: Lighter grammage options (e.g., 29 gsm) reduce the environmental footprint and logistics costs without compromising print quality.

Strict Quality Control (QC) for XH1110 Series

As a 1-million-ton-capacity manufacturer, Heming Paper ensures that every jumbo roll of XH1110 sublimation paper undergoes rigorous laboratory testing before export. We do not leave quality to chance.

  • Coating Uniformity Test: Microporous coating thickness is continuously monitored via laser scanning to guarantee consistent dye absorption across the entire 3.2m width.

  • Moisture Content Analysis: Base paper moisture is strictly controlled between 4.0% and 6.0% to eliminate the risk of edge curling during high-temperature calendar pressing.

  • Tensile Strength Verification: Jumbo rolls (especially lightweight 29gsm-42gsm) are pull-tested to ensure they withstand the mechanical tension of high-speed industrial printers such as MS Lario and Atexco without web breakage.

Industrial Handling Guide for 3.2m Jumbo Rolls

Handling ultra-wide sublimation jumbo rolls (up to 3200mm / 126") requires industrial precision to avoid damaging the paper edges or compromising the coating. Please follow our engineering recommendations:

  1. Forklift Operation: Always use a core probe (boom attachment) on your forklift to lift the jumbo roll through its 3-inch reinforced core. Never lift the roll by resting the paper surface directly on standard forklift forks, as this will crush the microporous coating.

  2. Acclimatization: Move the sealed jumbo roll into your climate-controlled printing room (20°C-25°C, 45%-60% RH) at least 48 hours prior to printing. This prevents condensation and ensures the paper matches the ambient humidity.

  3. Tension Calibration: When loading onto your printer's unwinder, adjust the air shaft pressure and the pneumatic braking system to accommodate the full roll's massive weight, preventing uneven feeding.

Premium Export Packaging for Ocean Freight

We understand that sublimation paper is highly sensitive to humidity in the ocean. Heming Paper employs a specialized multilayer packaging protocol to ensure your XH1110 jumbo rolls arrive in pristine condition, regardless of the destination port.

Packaging Layer Protective Function
Inner Layer (Moisture Barrier) Thick, heat-sealed PE (Polyethylene) plastic wrapping to block all atmospheric moisture.
Edge Protection Rigid plastic core plugs and heavy-duty cardboard edge protectors prevent crushing during transit.
Outer Layer (Impact Resistance) Thick corrugated kraft paper or customized carton box shielding the roll from physical impacts.
Palletization Horizontally secured on fumigation-free wooden export pallets with heavy-duty PET strapping.
