The material is loaded to the uniform feeder through the bridge-type double-girder grab crane, and the material is transported to the bulky waste sorting machine through the uniform feeder. This machine can separate all the bulky garbage in the garbage (the sorting rate is 99%), separate more than 90% of the sand in the garbage, and separate 25-35% of the organic garbage.
At the same time, it can separate the larger bags More than 90% of the waste bags are broken, and the rest of the waste can be processed by the bag breaker.
This machine can open all the unopened bags of garbage in the garbage, break up the sundries sticking to the plastic, and break up the organic matter with a particle size greater than 60mm to less than 600mm
Working Principle
The garbage processed by the broken belt crusher naturally falls to the comprehensive winnowing machine, and meets the rectified flat airflow vertically.
According to the principle of different specific gravity, different landing points, different particle sizes and different components of the crushed garbage, municipal solid waste can be sorted into ferromagnetic objects (including batteries) through wind separation device, particle separation device, and magnetic separation device. , organic matter, non-recyclable combustibles, film plastics, etc.
