Dry-type power transformer is a kind of safety, environmental protection, energy-saving power transmission and transformation equipment without oil-immersed insulation structure, which adopts cast or wrapped insulation technology for core and windings. It is widely used in power distribution systems with high requirements for fire protection, safety and cleanness, undertaking the key tasks of voltage conversion, power distribution and stable power supply for various electrical equipment, and has become the preferred power transformation equipment for modern urban and industrial power supply.
I. Product Structure and Core Components
1. Core: Adopts high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheet with fully automatic laminated structure and strict annealing treatment. It features low no-load loss, low magnetic noise, high magnetic permeability and stable electromagnetic performance, which effectively reduces energy consumption during operation and ensures efficient power conversion.
2. Winding: Divided into epoxy resin cast winding and glass fiber wrapped winding, using high-purity oxygen-free copper conductor with excellent conductivity and small resistance loss. The insulation layer has high mechanical strength, strong short-circuit resistance, good heat dissipation and aging resistance, which can withstand impact load and voltage fluctuation.
3. Clamping Device: Made of high-strength steel with hot-dip galvanizing anti-corrosion treatment, the overall structure is firm and stable, with excellent seismic and anti-vibration performance, effectively fixing the core and winding to avoid mechanical deformation and ensure stable operation.
4. Temperature Monitoring and Protection System: Equipped with PT100 temperature sensors embedded in windings, matched with intelligent temperature controller, it can realize real-time monitoring, over-temperature alarm, automatic fan start and trip protection functions, effectively preventing insulation aging and equipment failure.
5. Protective Enclosure: Configured with enclosures of different protection grades (IP20/IP23/IP30/IP54), which have good dustproof, waterproof and anti-small animal intrusion effects, suitable for indoor and outdoor complex operating environments.

This product is applicable to three-phase power distribution systems with rated frequency of 50Hz, rated voltage of 6kV/10kV/35kV, widely used in high-rise buildings, commercial complexes, hospitals, schools, data centers, airports, subway stations, industrial parks, mines, new energy power stations, residential areas and other places with high requirements for fire safety, environmental protection and reliable power supply.
