2. Working Principle
The machine typically operates through a dry physical separation process:

Crushing: Scrap cables are crushed into small particles by a crusher.

Air Separation: The mixture of copper and plastic is separated by gravity using airflow.

Electrostatic Separation: For high-purity requirements, an electrostatic separator is used to precisely separate fine copper powder from plastic.
