Double shaft shredder is designed for the primary reduction of a wide variety of materials. such as municipal solid waste(plastics, wood, paper, textile, scrap metal), agriculture waste(hay,straw,corn stalk.etc). It is the workhorse of many recycling and size-reduction processes, including RDF production lines.
Double Shaft Shredder Features:
1.Double shaft shredder blade: adapt alloy steel(such as 55SiCr,HD13,SKD-11),which is more wear-resistant,long service life and low maintenance cost.
2.High quality Reducer: Large torque,strong power.
3.All-copper core Motor: which reduces energy consumption and has a long service life.
4.Adopt siemens electrical components with functions automatic detection of overload protection.
RDF Briquette Press Machine is used to press shredded combustible waste into high-density briquettes or pellets, create a standardized, marketable fuel product which has has the following characteristics：
· High Calorific Value: 18-25 MJ/kg, comparable to low-grade coal.
· Low Moisture Content: Typically 10-20%.
· Consistent Particle Size: Homogeneous fluff, pellets, or briquettes.
· Reduced Chlorine & Heavy Metals: Due to effective removal of PVC and other contaminants.
