Product Description
Coconut Husk Fiber Compress Baler Machine is designed with large press force which is from 80 tons to 200 tons. This baler is built with high strength and oriented to facilities that handle recyclable wastes of high fibrous, high rebounding force, or high hardness. It is also a good baling solution for handling normal soft material when there is a demand of high bale density to optimize container loading.

Advantages of Coconut Husk Fiber Compress Baler Machine:
1.All models are driven by hydraulic pressure, and manual or PLC automatic control operation can be selected;
2.There are different ways to turn over the bag, push the bag (side push and forward push) or manually take the bag (package);
3.There is no need for foot screws for installation, and diesel engines can be used as power in places where there is no power supply;
4.There are ten levels of extrusion force from 63 tons to 400 tons for users to choose, and the production efficiency is from 4 tons/shift to 40 tons/shift.
5.Compression chamber size and bale size can be customized according to customer requirements.

Production Line
The whole processing line about coconut shell:
1. coconut fiber extraction machine
Mainly seperate coconut fiber and coconut peat.
2.Screen
The fiber blowing to screen and through screen forward to discharge port, it can collect pure fiber.
3.Coconut Husk Fiber Compress Baler Machine
The coconut fiber can make bale and loading into container.
4.Coconut peat washing machine.
Reduce salt and EC inside.
5.Dewater machine.
Reduce moisture inside coconut peat around 50-60%
6.Coconut peat drying machine.
Using hot air dry coconut peat and get final product with moisture 12-15%.
7.Coconut peat block making machine.
Per block weight is customized, normally the block weight is 5kg,In order to facilitate transport
