CHARCOAL CARBONIZATION MACHINE
Charcoal carbonization machine, carbonizing machine and charcoal stove with blower is special used cart entry and exit raw material and the advanced hot gas dry carbonization process technology, using a unique
carbonization flue gas. Back Burning Technology, make full use of the flue gas produced by carbonization process, meet the thermal needs of carbonization furnace itself, greatly increase the carbonization rate, the carbonization rate increased from 80% to more than 95%, and easy to operate, safety and environmental protection, high production efficiency, can save a lot of energy, is the ideal equipment for carbonizing the long rod type biomass material.
It can use different material as heating source.Such as the waste wood, coal, gas, natural gas, liquefied gas, combustible gas(produced during the carbonized process)
Wood log, Coconut shell, sawdust, bamboo or other biomass can be carbonized into charcoal, coconut shell charcoal, bamboo charcoal, sawdust charcoal, biomass charcoal by carbonization equipment.
Raw materials of charcoal carbonization machine, carbonizing machine and charcoal stove with blower furnace can be coconut shell, wood, biomass, some crops, bamboo, waste wood, branches, trunks, logs, bark, stumps, roots, wooden pallet, sawdust, shavings, wood chips, fruit wood, rice husk, corncob, peanut shell, furfural residue, palm shell, semi-coke and etc.
We could customize reasonable and efficient production line according to customers' site, raw materials, output and other requirements.
Firstly, rice husk, sawdust or other biomass are crushed by dust free crusher and dryer.
Secondly, biomass powder can be shaped by sawdust briquette machine.
In the end, sawdust stick can be carbonized by carbonization furnace.

Carbonization process through: charging sealing furnace, preheat drying, anaerobic carbonization and cooling out carbon four steps to complete.
