CONVEYOR BELT VACUUM DRYING EQUIPMENT
The onion drying machine fruit dryer adopts continuous components and has several layers of structure in the dryer, which can be widely used in industry, food and other fields. The inner mesh surface of the oven is made of 304 stainless steel, which has the advantages of moisture resistance, corrosion resistance and no rust.
The onion drying machine fruit dryer adopts multi-layer mobile mesh belt transmission, the hot air flow passes through the mesh belt from bottom to top, multi-layer circulation turnover and drying layer by layer, with uniform and sufficient heat and mass exchange, high production efficiency, good product quality and large drying area, which can realize mass continuous production.
The complete set of equipment does not need a lot of civil engineering, but can be fixed in the plant, with small floor area and convenient installation. machine meter can be customized according to customer needs

WORKING PRINCIPLE
The raw material are transported by the feeding conveyor to the inside of the dryer. The material passes from the first layer to the last layer via the conveyor belt, and the dried material is conveyor by the discharge conveyor. The onion drying machine fruit dryer is using hot air as the drying medium. The hot air passes through the material from the bottom to top. The final moisture comes out of the top of the dryer.
The drying machine not only according to heat to dry, but also according to strong air. So it can increase the drying efficiency and drying time.
And heating source can be hot blast stove, burn wood, coal, solid material, use natural gas heating all ok.
Fruits: plum, apricot, hawthorn, date palm, pineapple, jujube, longans, papaya tablets, apple, lemon, hawthorn pills, bananas, mango, coconut, dates and etc.
Nuts: Almonds, peanuts, walnut, melon seed, cashew nuts, pine nuts, pistachios and etc
Vegetables: chili, pepper, asparagus, beans, kidney beans, lentils, eggplant, red pepper, Chinese prickly ash, black fungus, tremella, papaya tablets, pills, bitter melon, radish, cucumber slices, mushrooms, ginger, garlic, Onion, pumpkin,Moringa leaf, black pepper, cassava, cardamon and etc.
